A Receptionist On The Phone
A phone agent that books an appointment only after the caller confirms an exact read-back. Synthetic, not production.

A live call books one appointment end to end, and a caller who interrupts the read-back is never booked.
One conversation controller serves a local simulator and a Twilio phone adapter. The model proposes actions; the application owns the call, the booking, and its idempotency.
Permission to book is bound to the exact read-back: service, date, time, time zone, name, and email. Any change, or an interruption, cancels it. Each booking is written down before it is sent, so a timeout leads to a check rather than a second booking.
It runs offline today, against a mock model and synthetic slots. A live model, real call audio, and a transfer to a person are not verified yet.
