Knowledge The Agent Can Cite
Contracts searched and cited by chunk, prices read from tables, and memories that stay off until a second person approves.
What it measured
On 42 test invoices whose answer depends on the firm's contracts and notes, the agent went from 12 right without knowledge to 36 with it, with zero false approvals. On invoices that do not need it, it cost six misses, all routed to a person.

Done when
The six extra misses are fixed on the development split and the no-harm check passes on test. The source is public.
The agent can use what the firm knows, under three rules. Documents are searched and cited by chunk, but they are never a source of numbers. Contract prices and terms live in tables, and code reads them. A memory becomes active only when a second person approves it.
Each part was measured on its own. Documents alone took the agent from 12 to 18 right. The facts tables took it to 33 and removed the last false approvals. Memory added three more. A poisoned supplier email and an invoice that asks the agent to remember something both failed to get through.
The layer also hurts. With everything on, six more ordinary invoices were missed, mostly because the knowledge tools used up the agent’s turns. That result is recorded unfixed: fixing it after seeing the test results would be tuning on the test.
